| For the traditional education pays more attention to constraint and discipline, and neglects the students’initiative and independence, students lose interest in learning. From1980s, some educators tried to apply the incentive method for the education, gradually put forward the idea of incentive education. In the late1990s, with the deepening of the reform of quality education, incentive education began to be concerned by the educational theories. Gradually, it rose from a general sense of educational tool as a kind of educational idea. Incentive education as a educational concept plays an important role in the high school students’education. Many provinces and schools have realized the importance of incentive education, and implemented incentive education in practice, and obtained certain achievements. But there are still some problems seriously affecting function of motivation education, and the senior hign school students’grow up and teaching effectiveness. So it becomes urgent to explore the cause and solution.This article bases on the physiological and psychological characteristics of senior high school students and high school education, through various cases and a series of investigations and interviews analyzing the problems of high school students’incentive education and the causes of these problems. Finally, it discusses how to take effective education measures and mechanism. I hope it can offer certain reference meaning for the study of high school students’incentive problems. |
