Teachers effective incentive is to ensure that the positive into daily teaching work,and bold innovation work mode and method,improve the overall quality of teaching the important way.Teachers' professional development affected by their own career to pursue,at the same time also is affected by the external working environment,their own honor.Private colleges and public colleges and universities is different,often exist in work pressure,promote the assessment mechanism is not sound,etc.,easy to influence teachers' work enthusiasm.This paper ZZDL private colleges teachers incentive status and existing problems were analyzed,and through material motivation,emotional motivation,goals,motivation and honor motivation four aspects to establish perfect incentive mechanism in colleges and universities,improve ZZDL of the private colleges teachers incentive effect.The author from the aspects of demand theory,incentive theory and so on carries on the analysis,put forward the theory basis of university teachers' incentive.ZZDL private universities as the research object,through to the ZZDL private colleges teacher summed up the present situation and problems of incentive,put forward the current university teacher incentive ways including employment motivation,salary,benefits,training,promotion incentives.Further through questionnaire investigation and individual interviews,to understand the school teachers' satisfaction of the current incentive system,and sums up the ZZDL private colleges in the problems of incentive mechanism,including the brain drain,teacher training is difficult to meet the demand,lack of spirit and honor incentive mechanism,the lack of effective teachers' work evaluation and assessment,etc.On this basis,the author provides a suggestion,on the one hand is to establish a comprehensive incentive mechanism,through the principle of combining democracy and fairness,attaches great importance to teachers' personal motivation and development needs.On the other hand,through the principle of combining material incentive and spiritual incentive,by strengthening teachers' communication feedback,the establishment of a democratic atmosphere of campus management,reasonable use of incentive compensation lever,stimulate private initiative and creativity of teachers and establishing incentive for channels to carry out the target oriented career planning.In the implementation of strategy,and puts forward with the help of scientific personnel mechanism and the importance of incentive mechanism,the teacher let teachers attach importance to the essence of the incentive process of its own utility,at the same time,through the organization system,operation system to promote the realization of incentive mechanism,and actively to evaluate the process of incentive mechanism.
