| Martial art is the fruit of Chinese culture. The primary purpose of this paper was to provide countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of martial arts education in Colleges and Universities.The paper started with the necessity of martial arts education in Colleges and Universities. Then it explored the problems in the executing processes including the simplification of teaching content、the stylization of teaching mode、the improper proportion of traditional martial art and competitive martial art and the insufficiency of culture diffusion. Also, the paper analysis the cause of those problems, such as the martial arts teacher resources was insufficient、the characteristic of martial arts education was not highlighted、the value of martial arts education has not received enough attention、the development of martial arts culture was ignored.Finally, the paper provided several countermeasures and suggestions according to those analysis. |
