The education reform of "every student’s lifelong development" as the core idea is in the deepening stage,in the context of the state’s emphasis on "burde n reduction".Homework of primary school students has been a concern.Stratifica tionassignment is student-centered,to promote an effective form of homework e very student development.It is a practical and effective educational practice in t he operation reform.This study is based on the following logic:(1)the investigation and analysi s of the objective status of the high grade Chinese language homework in Nan jing(2)The deep mining high grade primary school students as well as the subj ective views on education practice teachers work on Chinese Stratification(3)On the basis of this,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward to the implementation of the senior grade language layering operation in primary school.The status of the high-level Chinese language stratification in primary scho ols in Nanjing.The author takes the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview survey method and so on,which lasted for one year.In th e process of investigation,the author tried to do the questionnaires personallyand personally,and interviewed some students and teachers.The results show that the current primary school language homework can meet the needs of most of the students,and there are still the following probl ems:the amount of homework is large and the difficulty of the operation is lig ht;the form and content of unity,monotonous work;the homework did not pay attention to all the students;the students autonomy is not enough;teachers do no t understand stratification assignment.On this basis,in order to make the language stratification work better imp lemented in the teaching practice,the researchers put forward the following str ategies:(1)Teachers should clarify the concept of stratified work from three aspe cts:Students’ view,evaluation view and operation view.(2)The five-point princip le of stratification is clarifying the principle of subjectivity,development,intere st,difference and dynamics.(3)Stratification of students according to the three a spects of students’ ability and students’ interests and habits of students.(4)Desig n the homework supermarket,self-made exercises,interest groups and other for ms of hierarchical work.(5)Multivariate evaluation method requires hierarchical,diversified,integrated method of sovereignty.
