| In modern society, with the knowledge and information updating quickly and increasing explosively, the traditional way of teaching-learning that focused on remembering more knowledge can hardly meet people’s needs. It forces us to change the old conception of knowledge, talent and personnel training mode in information age. The new age requires students to have the ability to cope with rapidly changing society, have the ability to solve the varieties of problem. In response to meeting the demands of modern society, we should diverse our education from focused on transmitting Book Knowledge to developing students’ ability of posing questions, analyzing problems and solve problems. Conformed to the education reform, the problem-based teaching aims to enable the students to master the necessary knowledge and skill of the real world and improve the ability of autonomous learning, cooperative learning, so the students can get the overall development.In order to make the paper more complete, comprehensive and persuasive, I had tried my best to use more appropriate research methods according to the actual needs, In the paper, the research is made through the way of literature studies, case analysis and other research. I am mainly from the following aspects to elaborate in this paper.Partl is the preface. This part introduces the background of this study, its theoretical and practical significance. I made a review on the related studies about The Problem-based teaching and analyzing their limitations.Part2:An elaboration and analysis on the concept and value of "Problem". In this chapter, we’ll first discuss the meaning of "Problem" and the difference between "Problem","Question" and "Exercise" which are easily be confused to make the concept of "Problem" more clear. Then, by explaining the function of "Problem", indirectly shows the great significance of applying the "Problem" into classroom teaching and learning.Part3:An exploitation of the essence of the problem-based teaching. In order to make the readers better understand the essence of the problem-based teaching, I’ll make a detail explanation on the meaning, characteristics of the problem-based teaching and the relationship and differences between it and other similar educational models. Then I’ll introduce the vale, the elements, the process, the conditions and the evaluation of the Problem-based teaching, it makes the Problem-based teaching have more effectiveness.Part4:Strategies on the implementation of the Problem-based teaching. Based on a thoughtful consideration of the process and the theory of the Problem-based teaching, I have gave some suggestions on how to implement the Problem-based teaching. |
