As an important group of the era of knowledge economy, the pressure sources of college students, also has the characteristics of diversity, including at the social level, the student is undertaking the weight of the future of the motherland, the public expect students to apply what they have learned skills and knowledge to create value, to give back to society; at the individual level, career choice, interpersonal communication and future career planning have become the pressure source of students, as the group,which carrying rich and powerful hope of our country, the college students in this competitive era, how to understand their own advantages and disadvantages more comprehensivly, how to make reasonable planning, promote self ability and self-confidence to let own development correspond to demand of era development, which makes serious challenges to college students. Heavy burden of multiple pressure, the huge contrast between the ideal God’s favored one and the ordinary in reality, is easy to make some college students anxiety and trepidation, prone to have chaos and fuzzy self-perception. They are full of confusion and doubt for their own future and have no sense of direction, even have excessive low self-esteem, depression and other mental health problems.In this group of plan, the author found that most college students want to improve self-knowledge and confidence, through the early demand screening investigation and needs assessment. Through having in-depth interviews with interview objects, the author concludes that an important factor causing college students’lack of confidence is college students’self cognitive bias. It is characterized by college students’self cognitive bias on physiological status, including height, weight, appearance,etc, college students’cognitive biases on interaction with the outside world, and cognitive biases on the location in the college students’group, etc.For this reason, under the guidance of maslow’s hierarchy of needs, social support network theory, advantage theory, behaviorism learning theory, the author assists college students in tapping potential and advantages to promote students’cognitive ability and narrow the gap between the ideal self and actual self, to return to the correct self-perception. On the one hand, through setting up the group, it can provide security support and mutual trust between team members for our service objects. Within the group, on the basis of the strengths perspective, social workers help team members realize their potential and advantages, on the basis of the theory of learning, social workers encourage team members learning the experience of success through observation and imitation when the group is sharing experience. On the other hand, outside of the team, throughing provide education funds from school and the friendship support from peer groups, social workers build a huge social support networks. At the same time, through the homework of intensive practice, group members can consolidate the results which are got in the group, to make sure that they can be able to return to real life smoothly.
