Practical Research On Group Work To Reduce Mild Cognitive Impairment In The Elderly ——A Case Study Of X Community In S City

Mild cognitive impairment is common in the elderly,it will bring great inconvenience to the daily life of the elderly,the intervention of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly is very important.In addition,mild cognitive impairment cannot be recovered after it develops into dementia.Therefore,we should strengthen the screening and intervention of mild cognitive impairment.The Healthy China action（2019-2030）clearly proposes to explore and carry out characteristic services for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.In this paper,seven elderly people with mild cognitive impairment in X community of S city were randomly selected as the research object,and the data collection methods of interview volume survey,scale,participatory observation and semi-structured interview were used to investigate and understand the situation of mild cognitive impairment of the elderly in X community of s city.According to cognitive behavior theory,social learning theory and brain remodeling theory,combined with six group activities,we can help the elderly reduce mild cognitive impairment and teach them some common training skills.Through group activities,the mild cognitive impairment of the elderly has been reduced to a certain extent,which is convenient for the normal life of the elderly.The study also found that the combination of government,society,community,family and individual can better help the elderly groups.The government should formulate corresponding policies,the society should establish a perfect screening mechanism for mild cognitive impairment,and the elderly should improve their understanding of mild cognitive impairment and treat mild cognitive impairment correctly.This study combines the medical and nursing related knowledge of mild cognitive impairment to carry out group work.While carrying out the mild cognitive impairment group,The caregivers of the subjects were invited to watch while the mild cognitive impairment group was carried out,so that they can consciously understand the real situation of the elderly with mild cognitive impairment,so as to form a far-reaching and lasting group effect.However,this study has the following shortcomings: the number of samples is limited,the subjectivity of the researchers themselves,and the short-term activities.Follow up research will be carried out in the future to make up for the shortcomings of this study.
