A Study About Students Confident Growth Group Activities Practice And Assessment

University Quality Education Curriculum introducing new teaching methods, group work can use their professional work practices to improve confidence level of college students.Researches on College Students’self-confidence mostly concentrate on the theoretical level, such as the causes, the current status of the issue, or some data analysis. But they pay little attention on practical methods of how to improve the college students’ self-confidence situation, and how to promote their self-confidence.Based on the situation, this study analyzes the reasons for self-confidence problems existed among college students, and the current status. In the use of social work expertise, combined with quality education programs, through unstructured interviews and observations records and other methods to collect information, it explores the social work ways to enhance the college students’ self-confidence. So we can get a set of methods to intervene in the issue in the form of group work reasonably.The full text consists of four parts. The first part is an introduction, including the definition and method of combining theories and related concepts.The second part focuses on the practical work led by the team to explore the problems, such as self-awareness, peer support, the application of Satir model, self-break activities and other segments. It is a progressive process.The third part is the assessment of the Group’s work. By evaluating the advantages and problems of the approach, it needs to improve and to make the team achieve a more perfect stage.The last part is about research summary and reflection of the whole practice. It is a sublimation of the whole article, and the highlight of the study.Through the group activities introduction and summary practices,we obtained that it is effective to use the method of group work in enhancing the confidence of college students, and it is can be applied to education curriculum as a teaching method. However, it is also necessary to accept the test of practice in the following are as:professional quality promotion, revision and improvement of the program activities,as well as group work and quality curriculum standards and some other aspects of the program.
