Hunan Province Sports Training Of Volleyball In The College Entrance Examination Test Research

In recent years, with the development of economy, the sports business is booming. Annual enrollment of common colleges and universities sports in Hunan province professional exam (after the sports college entrance examination). become the focus of social attention. And some special sports college entrance examination test training institutions, these institutions focus on the teacher resources, in the college entrance examination test equipment, training content covers the all the sports college entrance examination test project. The examinee the test into the training institutions for training to become a trend. Most candidates through training to strengthen professional skill levels, improve certain examination skills, be familiar with the process of students, etc.In this paper, in addition to draw lessons from the research achievements of predecessors’through the actual investigation, summarized and analyzed. Mainly divided into three parts:the first part is the purpose of this research significance and the introduction of research background, the second part introduces in detail the sports college entrance examination in Hunan province volleyball test2013test method and criteria, and analyzed the nearly three years volleyball enter oneself for an examination. The third part is the basic situation of volleyball students do the investigation and analysis of the training and test.In recent years in Hunan province volleyball examinee quantity are around three hundred, occupy the proportion is very small, middle school volleyball project in Hunan province to carry out the situation is not optimistic. Pre-test training phenomenon also reflects the middle school volleyball teaching and training has many problems. This study in the training department of Hunan normal university physical education institute volleyball students as the main research object, through to the students in school volleyball of fixed number of year of study, training condition, special teachers, training time and frequency, and training of some important information from questionnaires. Found the pre-test training time shorter vary from3to10days, before the level of training should be aimed at exam content inspection and strengthening to improve. And to participate in the training of students overall performance for the motion error and the technical level is low, training courses focus on the action on error correction, technological learning for students. Poor training effect suggests that students learn at school and can not make full use of resources, lack of professional volleyball instructor. In addition, the survey results also reflect the training of many deficiencies and difficulties.
