Effective teaching has been a hot topic in the field of education research, it the goal of countless educators to try to make a breakthrough in theory and a meaningful innovation in practice. In this research, the author mainly conducts in the following areas:Part I:Introduction. The author mainly introduces the origin, purpose and significance of the study,as well as the related research reviews.Part II:Raise of "Effective teaching". The author combed through and analyzed the relevant literatures, summed up the development of "effective teaching".In addition, people look highly forward to effective teaching’s value in education under the background of the New Curriculum Reform. The author found that study of effective teaching has been very rich, but for the definition of the concept of effective teaching has not yet agreed.In this,the author had to think why there is still a lot of "not effective" status in present school teaching,even in the canse of rich effective teaching research results. Thus, the author believe that it is necessary to re-understand effective teaching, to clarify the "effective point" of effective teaching,and to integrate the relationship of the effective point to make the three-dimensional into a whole,in order to achieve a clear and comprehensive understanding on connotation of effective teaching.On the basis of this,the author pose requests to teachers to make a better achievement of effective teaching.Part III:Problems in implementing effective teaching of primary and secondary school teachers. The author by analyzing a large number of relevant literature, experiencing primary and secondary school classes, according to the three-dimensional object, Summed up the problems of primary and secondary teachers in effective teaching:inappropriate grasp for students’dominant position; stiffly treat knowledge and skills; ignore the guiding for students’thought processes and methods; disregard the development of students’emotions, attitudes and values.Part IV:teacher factors on affecting effective teaching in primary and secondary school. There are many factors affect ffective teaching,but the teacher factor is definitely the most important, the most critical one among all the factors,because on one condition it control the others.Part V:Better strategies of primary and secondary school teachers to implement effective teaching. The author points at problems, according to reasons,based on the three-dimensional target proposed better strategies of primary and secondary school teachers in achieving effective teaching,expected by implementing these strategies to real achieve effectiveness of teachers’"teaching",then in the influence of teacher’s "teaching" to realize the effectiveness of students’"learning".
