New curriculum reform points out that it is necessary to change the tendency toward imparting knowledge, put the emphasis on forming the proactive attitude to learning, turn learning process into a course which enable students to acquire the knowledge, scientific literacy, emotions, attitudes, values. According to the current situation, especially under the pressure of examination-oriented education, effective teaching still focus on knowledge imparting, ignoring the cultivation of students'attitude to learning. The teaching process becomes rigid and makes students lost interest in physics learning, which most of them consider difficult. So that, their physical grades are relatively low. Therefore, in order to achieve revolutionary development in physics teaching, consistent effort is needed and huge courage is necessary. As one of the objectives of curriculum reform, the attitude teaching and the effective teaching can be considered as the unity of purpose and process, or the unity of method and purpose. This paper is based on the two unities to explore a unified approach, which make the physics teaching effective and cultivate students with proactive attitude towards physics learning.In this paper, based on the effective physics teaching, aimed at the attitude teaching, through the analysis of the current problems in effective physics teaching and the importance of the attitude teaching, it is specified that the necessity to carry out the attitude education in effective physics teaching, propose some suggestions and countermeasures about attitude teaching. This paper including a lot of physics teaching cases that combined with my teaching experiences points out how to carry out the attitude education in effective physics teaching.This paper falls into four parts. The first part, under the background of new curriculum reform, points out the purpose and the significance, the current research on attitude teaching, main research contents. The second part, based on the concept of effective teaching, shows that the problems in effective physics teaching of secondary school, the idea of attitude teaching needed to be completed in effective physics teaching. The third part, presents the theoretical concepts of attitude and attitude teaching, the reason and purpose of launching attitude teaching, analysis of the factors which have influence on education of attitude to learning, how to form good attitude to learning in the aspect of motivation, interests, objective, will, atmosphere. The fourth part introduces the strategies how to carry out the education of attitude to learning in effective physics teaching.
