The aim of my thesis:Use the pictures with emotion meaning as the training material, give the junior high school students group suidance, and examine the effectiveness of improving the ablity to raise one’s spirits emotion.150junior one will be divided into3groups as Team One,Team Two,and Team three. Fifty students in each team. Each team will be conducted differently with training materials for mood education. Team one:the students will be trained with pictures from textbooks. Team two: the students will receive the group conseling with regular mood education. They will be trained once in every two weeks, eight times totally. The tools to measure the experiment are the Index Scale for Interpersonal Reaction and the scale for Emotional IntelligenceThe result of the experience:the result of Team one is apparently higher than that of Team Two and Team Three on their final scores of emotional intelligence and empathy.Compared with Team Two and Team Three, the students in Team one will make greater progress on total scores of empathy, the concerning of empathy,the senses of emotional intelligence and the managing others emotion dimensions, which shows it is effective for the junior school students to be trained with emotion pictures.The conclusion of the experiment:The research is suitable for junior high school students and can improve their emotional intelligence and ability to interact with others.
