Objective:Existing research on preschool teacher burnout, the objective because most of them are from the social, organizational, professional and other aspects of early childhood teacher burnout generated, performance and treatment research. These studies for our understanding of early childhood teacher burnout, burnout problem solving provides a wealth of data and information. However, many studies for preschool teachers’personal factors, including personality traits, turnover intention and other factors did not pay enough attention.Methods:Combination of theoretical and empirical, using questionnaires, interviews and other empirical research conducted survey research for Changsha, a total of300randomly selected six cities and preschool teachers visits, and to recover the effective recovery of296questionnaires. The resulting sequence data using SPSS to test for differences, correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect test. On the basis of data analysis on the causes of early childhood teachers’burnout and turnover intention generated for analysis and personality characteristics, burnout and turnover intention relationship between the three discussed.Result:(1) Most preschool teachers have obvious symptoms of burnout, but the extent is not very serious, In the three dimensions of burnout, emotional exhaustion dimension highest score, there is also a maximum number of obvious symptoms, followed by a low sense of accomplishment, to personalized numbers and scores are lowest;(2) Different levels, different ages, different seniority, different marital status of kindergarten teachers in the emotional exhaustion dimension there are significant differences;(3) The big Five personality neurological outside extraversion, openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness five factors of preschool teachers has a significant impact on job burnout;(4) Preschool teachers vary from emotional exhaustion and turnover intention scores showed significant differences, and most early childhood teachers already apparent turnover intention.(5) Part job burnout plays an intermediary role in the personality factors and turnover intention rather than full mediation role.
