Guire has issued such a feeling, "feelings of burnout is merciless blow countless ideals, caring, dedication, and actively create the teachers, make teachers have gradually give up their professional work, this is a major mental illness afflicting educators, plagued the education and teaching in this industry, if not timely and effective relief, then would reached epidemic levels. " Teacher burnout is because teachers have no way to effectively respond to pressures from education, in terms of emotion, attitude and behavior appear different degrees of failure state and this state will continually affects teachers’ work and life. The problem of teachers’ job burnout if not and mitigation, not only will affect the quality of teachers’classroom teaching, student achievement, and probably lead to the teachers have a tendency to leave, leave the campus, leave the education career. Therefore, the investigation, analysis and study of primary school teachers’professional survival situation is helpful to help them to establish a healthy and positive outlook on career development.The main purpose of this thesis research is understanding "post 80s’ elementary school teachers’Job Burnout and turnover intention of the general characteristics of, through the analysis of the factors of affecting both to explore the relationship between the two, and put forward some corresponding suggestions to reduce job burnout of teachers lead to turnover intention this undesirable phenomenon. This paper consists of six parts. In view of the current "post 80s’" primary school teachers’survival condition, out of concern for teachers’physical and mental health, the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention is emphatically discussed. In theory, it can enrich the research of related fields in China, which can provide reference for the future research. In practice, it can provide the corresponding basis for the policy renewal in the field of education.On the basis of the existing research, this study designs the questionnaire of the "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ working condition, and then carries out the formal research work after the questionnaire’s reliability and validity. On the "post 80s’" primary school teachers job burnout and turnover intention of the study, have been prepared by the previous mature questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested before formal investigation, which reached the basic requirements of statistics. Formal research selected Beijing Beijing primary school education group post 80s’ primary school teachers to eliminate invalid questionnaire, input data recovery. Statistical analysis, through independent sample t test, independent sample variance analysis test between the two in the demographic variables difference, through the correlation analysis and regression analysis of "post 80s’" the elementary school teachers’ job burnout and turnover intention relationship between the two, and further verify the influence and function of "post 80s’" the elementary school teachers’ job burnout on turnover intention.The study found:(1) "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ Job Burnout and turnover intention showed a positive correlation, "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ job burnout has a positive predictive effect on turnover intention. (2) "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ job burnout psychological problems to moderate levels, in which the emotional exhaustion scores higher. (3) "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ intention to leave a moderate level. (4) "post 80s’" primary school teachers burnout phenomenon in age, marital status, education background, seniority, salary satisfaction, workload exist significant differences. (5) "post 80s’" primary school teachers’ turnover intention have significant differences in education, age and salary satisfaction.Finally according to the conclusion of the research of this thesis, from the social support, helping schools and teachers own three aspects put forward on mitigation "post 80s’" elementary school teachers’ Job Burnout and Countermeasures to reduce turnover intention, hoped to help teachers create health, a good career development vision.
