Teachers are high risk in professional weary. Teacher Burnout is a kind of extreme psychological reaction in which case the teacher can not effectively cope with the emotional stress produced by work, then exhaustion attitudes and behavior emerged, at the same time Teacher Burnout is a longtime unhealth state. Since the begining of21st century, with the expectations of society on teachers constantly increase,teachers’ health condition in terms of physical and mental was significantly affected, teachers’ life quality greatly degrade, therefore more and more researchers pay attention to teacher burnout. Teacher burnout affects not only the quality of teaching but also students’ academic achievement, even leads to turnover intention. How to reduce teacher burnout and turnover intention becomes the top priority of education system.The main purpose of this investigation is to understand the characteristics of the burnout of preschool teacher, teaching efficacy and turnover intention, analyzes factors which influence the characteristics and explore the relationship among the three, this paper investigate202preschool teachers in Hongshan District, Wuhan City through empirical study, and discovered some valuable conclusions by means of statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, t test, analysis of variance and regression analysis:(1)Preschool teachers enjoy a relatively high teaching efficacy and less burnout, the turnover intention is not very strong;(2)Preschool teachers burnout are obviously differ in age, education background, marital status, seniority, job title, salary satisfaction, and workload;(3)Teaching efficacy are different in age, education, seniority, job title, salary satisfaction and workload, there was no significant difference with relate to marital status and workload;(4)The turnover intention of preschool teachers are different in age, education background, marital status, seniority, job title, and salary satisfaction;(5)Teaching efficacy was negatively correlated with burnout, the former play a key role in predicting the former;(6)There was a negative correlation between Teaching Efficacy and turnover intention, personal teaching efficacy had the predictive ability to remove personalize; (7)Burnout and turnover intention showed a positive correlation, burnout of preschool teacher has a positively role on turnover intention;Preschool teacher take the responsibility of elementary education, starting with practical problems from preschool teacher burnout, turnover intention to Teaching Efficacy. Summing up the appeal:Government departments should initiate some strategies and guidances to assist teachers to deal with pressure; the managers should make a commitment to fresh teachers, including efforts to provide teacher training and support programs, and provide competitive salaries for teachers; universities should provide students the opportunity to learn how to give lecture and teaching, more importantly, the government should focus more on teachers integrated literacy, especially teachers’ professional beliefs and emotional training.
