Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Development Of Hunan University High Level Track And Field Athlete

Track and field is known as "the mother of sports", therefore, the backbone of the high level sports teams of high level track and field sports teams in Colleges and universities and colleges. Known as the "Olympic Games track and field to get the world", it is the same in college students games. The Hunan province university high level sports team since its inception, has made outstanding contributions to the development of competitive sports in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province, the reserve talents of competitive sports reserve of our country and the construction of campus sports culture, but with the passage of time, the development of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities in the problems have become increasingly prominent, facing the development of track and field in high level athletes all the difficulties.In this paper, through the literature material method, field visits investigation and expert interview,on the current high level athletes in 7 colleges and universities in Hunan Province Track and fielddevelopment were studied, to analyze the intrinsic reasons out the dilemma. The results showed that: 1, the Hunan province university high level track and field athletes age structure is reasonable,the talent echelon construction were proposed, but generally not high level athletes. 2, the coachesgenerally have rich experience led, most coaches have the team or team experience, generally have higher education, capable of track and field coach; material selection method, most of the traditional experience method selection, which to a certain extent, the lack of strict and scientific. 3,colleges and universities in Hunan Province Track and field facilities to meet the basic needs ofschool training, investment in track and field sports can meet the daily training and competition. 4,training and competition of colleges and universities in Hunan Province Track and field athletes canbasically be guaranteed, the training effect is good, can guarantee the completion of the training mission and objectives of training. 5, the training time, the personal interest and the schoolmanagement, colleges and universities in Hunan Province Track and field athletes in classperformance is poor, ranking.Facing the University track and field athletes in Hunan Province, the difficulties, and put forward the following countermeasures:1, efforts to protect the reserve personnel echelon construction;2,improve the "one-stop" training and competition system; 3,the trinity of grasping the athletemanagement, solve the contradictions between learning and training, increase the 4 coaches training; 5, establish the new mode of talent training.
