Current Situation And Analysis Of High Level Sports Team Construction In Hunan University

Since China began to ordinary university high level sports teams,under the joint efforts of the government,schools,sports in China has achieved remarkable development,not only promoted the movement achievement of university high level athletes to improve,but also enhance the overall quality of high level athletes,training a number of high-quality sports talents for the country.2016,the Ministry of education to recruit high-level athletes in Colleges and universities to deploy,requiring the pilot colleges and universities must strictly control the size of enrollment,and standardize the registration qualification and test selection requirements.The construction of high level athletes team is an important task of university development in the last stage,but according to many data,most of the domestic universities,the construction of high level athletes team has been neglected,until recent years was paid attention to.It is worth emphasizing that,as the successor of the sports cause of our country,the cultural quality education and professional sports training are equally important.Education and college students of high level athletes in universities and colleges of education is,in strengthening the professional sports training,cultivate their sports skills at the same time,should also pay attention to the cultivation of cultural education,promote their all-round development.Hunan University is approved by the Ministry of education with a high level of sports teams in Colleges and universities,for China's sports reserves and provide a large number of outstanding sports talent.This paper intends to conduct research on the current Hunan University high level athlete team construction situation,a profound understanding of the status of its construction,adopt the method of questionnaire investigation,information collection team of high level athletes in universities.In this paper,before the investigation questionnaire and interview,"according to the official website of Hunan University","Hunan University admissions information network"website data,introduces the situation of high level sports team of Hunan University;on this basis,from the selected professional setting,cultural learning,training and competition three aspects.According to Han Yuehua,Lin Yanan on the quality factors of elite athletes from the sports division,technical quality,creative consciousness and ability,political and ideological quality,cultural quality,psychological quality,basic quality and career skills in seven aspects to design the questionnaire;use sampling targeted questionnaires to some coaches and athletes;using statistic 10.0 statistical software,investigation of questionnaire data collation and statistics,and the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,in order to analyze the present situation of the construction of high level sports teams of the Hunan University.The contents of the investigation include:enrollment policy,competition situation,enrollment in the past two years,basic characteristics of athletes,professional settings,cultural studies and competition.The findings show that there are three problems in the construction of high-level sports teams in Hunan University,namely,the contradiction between learning and training,the problem of teachers' team and the evaluation system.In particular,the increasingly prominent contradictions between learning and training are the problems that need to be solved urgently in the education of high-level athletes at Hunan University.
