Chemical theoretical knowledge from the group composed of a number of core concepts, each group of core concepts and sub-concepts by a number of related components. Chemical theory of knowledge and learning so that students can learn the facts of knowledge not only stay on the descriptive level, but can be more in-depth understanding of the chemical nature of these phenomena, to anticipate the nature of certain elements and compounds react trends and explain why certain facts and phenomena. This allows students to learn chemistry knowledge not only know, but know why, not only improve the quality of learning chemistry, but also helps to develop students’ thinking skills. In this study, the high of a chemical oxidation-reduction reaction of a section is an important chemical reactions because both redox reactions in daily life, agricultural production and modern technology often encountered, but also the beginning of high school chemistry course very important learning content is in high school chemistry knowledge systems through one main thought is to guide students to explore and an important basis to infer properties of matter, the nature of students who want to learn effective knowledge elements and their compounds, redox reactions must be based on the theory.Students learned through the investigation of different redox reactions are having difficulty learning to some extent, this is because the students in the learning process for the construction of concepts encountered obstacles to this specific performance and conceptual difficulties in understanding the concept of the term confusion and so on. However, most studies on redox reactions are only carried out in addressing the problem from different aspects and angles are discussed, and the cognitive development of its students to explore research for the study was not enough, a lot of questions through training to achieve proficiency such learning has been less than satisfactory. In particular, the study for students at different stages of the oxidation-reduction reaction related concept is still quite scarce, so from the perspective of empirical research papers, based on the theory of cognitive development, the use of literature, scientific research surveys and interviews, etc. methods for different stages of learning the concept of redox processes related study revealed cognitive law students redox reactions. The study is divided into two parts, the first part of the literature and questionnaire, survey grade students of different concepts for redox reactions which characterize the way there, and analysis of these features have characterized; second part tests and classes the reason different research methods qualitative analysis graders redox reaction conceptual representation on the differences and depth of this difference, the redox reaction of students to reveal the concept of cognitive development characteristics, combined with today’s comprehensive study concluded high school chemistry teaching the actual situation for teaching redox reactions, some suggestions.
