In the long-term-oriented education system bound to form a rigid inflexible child "captive" mode of education, such as early childhood education model is not conducive to a harmonious physical and mental growth. Additionally, single parent families, child, children left behind, such as social problems, resulting in early childhood mental health problems getting worse. How to solve the problem of early childhood mental health has become an unavoidable research proposition. Children Dance Sport is an emerging sport and art fusion of sport, its diverse, easy to carry, without limiting the number of sites suitable for children fitness needs. In recent years, children are getting into the kindergarten Dance Sport has become an important part of children’s extracurricular sports activities. This study selected a large nursery, Wuhan University, different sections of school-age children in small classes for the study, subjects were divided into an equal number of the experimental group and the control group, the control group children in accordance with the "nursery syllabus" routine teaching without any intervention, while the experimental group except young children to learn in accordance with the "Kindergarten curriculum" requirements, extra-curricular activities sports dance teaching time for children, teaching content draw the famous American children’s dance education experts Sanna Longden children’s collective dance Lesson, combined with the physical characteristics of children compose a suitable children’s early learning Dance Sport (5times a week, every30minutes). The main uses of literature, teaching experiments, mathematical statistics, research methods, through a period of one academic year of children’s sports dance teaching experimental intervention. Experimental results showed that:(1) the effect of improving children’s Dance Sport different body shape school age children significantly. On the one hand, children’s sports body dance for young children, weight, bust three indicators affect the results significantly, for children and abdominal skin fold indices of the effect is obvious. On the other hand, children’s sports dance teaching experimental interventions to improve child care body shape, reduce the proportion of obese children, make children more shapely body shape.(2) school-age children to different segments Dance Sport children have physical effects of the intervention, but with different results. Specific performance in school-age children to different segments Dance Sport children sit and reach,10m shuttle run, standing long jump and walk the balance beam and other physical indicators have a significant impact.(3) Elimination of different school-age children Dance Sport Toddler role of psychological and behavioral problems significantly. Mainly in children’s sports dance exercise influence on the psychological effects of early childhood indicators of aggressive behavior problems, such as depression and misconduct are very obvious. Conclusion:Teaching Children Dance Sport section of school-age children in different body shape, improving physical fitness and improve psychological and behavioral problems and even eliminate all played a positive role. Recommendation:Kindergarten Juvenile Sports Dance courses should be set up and organize a special kindergarten teachers compose children Dance Sport content, and according to physical and psychological characteristics of children, sports dance classes rational use and development of resources, the Latin dance, modern dance, ballet body, dance, aerobics simplify and adaptation to enable it to fit children’s physical and psychological development of the rules and characteristics. Teachers Colleges and Teachers College opened children’s sports dance should lay the foundation for the training of outstanding children’s sports dance teacher. Kindergarten leaders should encourage and support early childhood education teachers actively involved in children’s sports practice and research work of dance, so that children improve their scientific literacy of teachers and teaching business capabilities through participation in relevant research activities, which can guide the children to participate in science Juvenile Sports Dance Course learning.
