But with the rapid development of modern society, children’s behavioral problems are also more and more personality, especially the children’s psychological health development, which has widely attracted people’s attention. The research object of this paper is 9-12 years old children, and eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) questionnaire children’s edition and generally were used to ask for survey tools. The data was collect by 1368 copies of questionnaires from 10 different cities in Hubei province (Wuhan, Ezhou and Huangshi, Suizhou, Xiaogan, Xianning, Xiangyang, Shiyan, Yichang). USES the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and etc. are analyzed. The results of impact of sports dance on children’s personality research were investigated-in Hubei province as an example provides enough useful data, research results are as follows:1、 The single sample T examination research findings of the samples (aging 9-12) from middle schools and primary schools by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (children version) show that when the confidence level is 95% and the significance level is 0.05, the 4 dimensions (introversion-extroversion, nervosity, psychoticism and dissimulation) score of samples is higher than the examined ones and the P value of two-tailed test is lower than 0.01, which means there exists obvious difference. Therefore, the scores of children (aging 9-12) from middle school and primary school on introversion-extroversion, nervosity, psychoticism and dissimulation are higher than average ones.2、By analyzing the average difference of time on learning sports dance of children (aging 9-12) from middle school and primary school, we found that with the increase of learning period, P value of psychoticism (p), emotional stability (N) and introversion-extroversion (E) are lower than 0.05, particularly the introversion-extroversion factor. This shows that the longer time a child learns sports dance, the more extroversive he is. One’s characteristic changes a lot by the dance.3、By compare the P value of children (aging 9-12) from middle school and primary school with the national average data, we found that the P value is lower than the national level in both genders, especially for introversion-extroversion and dissimulation.4、By comparing the dimensions of children (aging 9-12) from middle school and primary school who have learned sports dance and those who haven’t, we found no obvious difference in introversion-extroversion (N) and dissimulation (L) (P<0.05). This study indicated that people who have learnt sport dance tend to have a livelier and more cheerful character than those who haven’t learnt it.5、By analyzing the average data of four dimensions of children (aging 9-12) from middle school and primary school with and without the experience of learning sports dance, we found the data showed that for both genders, there exists huge differences between students with the experience of learning sports dance and those without the experience, especially in introversion-extroversion and nervosity.
