Study On Optimization Of Wuhan Children’s Dance Sport Club Teaching

Also itshows a strong flavor of the times, Sports dance appears in shanghai in the form of“dance” at the20’s of the last century. It is said that sports dance professional andamateur has exceeded40million by2011in our country, equivalent to1/30of thecountry’s population. There is no a sport like sports dance has received attention andinterest, especially the children (4years old and a half to14years old) accounted formore than80%of the total. Because of this, the children become the sports dance realreserve. In nineteenth Century the famous ballet master George Nowell in his books"dance and ballet letters" said:” The body of each joint in juvenile is soft, and easy toachieve various position what we need, this will give us to dance gracefullyand provides the only chance, but not to have trained since childhood is impossible.Visible, childhood is the best time to carry out special physical and technicaltraining, is also the best time for body building.This paper uses many kinds of researches, such as the questionnaire survey,literature data, field survey. By investigating the basic situation of teaching in Wuhanchildren’s sports dance club, teaching present situation and the auxiliary teaching, thestudy found the following problems:1At the club men and women’s ratio is seriousimbalance, like teacher’s ratio is1:5and learners is1:4, it is important to improve themale teachers and male learners to sports dance clubs in Wuhan.2From teachers’ agestructure, professional property, business training, knowledge and abilitystructure of the overall level of the teachers is low, and children’s sports danceteacher is too young in wuhan, most of these teachers are university students and theyengage in part-time job, it is said that part-time teachers account for66.7%, to someextent which reduce the overall level of Teachers.3Children’s dance sports is the mainface of the students, influenced by the school time, the club’s class is less and mainlyconcentrates in the weekend,it turns out that the teaching content and the set of class hour is unreasonable.4the club teaching content, teaching goal mainly is conductedwith the will of the teachers, and there is no uniform standard, so it is a lack of uniformstandards.5the means of Teaching is not rich, the teachers mostly adopts thetraditional method, lack of innovation.
