With the speeding up of the teachers’ education integration, the spread of the primary and secondary school teachers training projects, teachers in training has become an important part of the teachers’ professional development. The teachers as a whole is an important means to improve the quality. Rural education is the weak link of education development in our country, to improve the quality of the rural primary and secondary school teachers is the key. Teacher training has a variety of ways, concentrated training is one of the colleges and universities.Bohai university as one of Liaoning province rural backbone teachers’ training base, the backbone teacher training plays an important role in the province. Base on the Bohai university training base, through empirical research to understand the actual situation of the rural backbone teachers’ training, the problems existing in the training of induction, analysis and summary, and put forward reasonable suggestions, effectively promote the quality and level of rural backbone teachers’ training. This article used the literature research, case study method, questionnaire survey and interview method an so on writing method. This thesis consists of five parts: the first part introduces the research of the selected topic reason, literature review about teacher training at hone and abroad, the research significance, concept definition, research methods. The second part introduces the importance of rural backbone teacher’s training and to investigate the current situation of rural backbone teachers’ training, the importance of braining mainly from rural education, teachers’ specialization and discusses four aspects of teachers; status quo investigation mainly from sending training participant experts and training courses three dimensions. The third part summarizes the rural backbone teachers’ colleges and universities focus on the problems existing in the training courses and student demand not harmonious, monotonous training process, training effect is not ideal. The fourth part of an analysis of the cause of the above problems, including the understanding of the leadership and teachers, curriculum setting, experts and students’ communication, training mechanism four aspects. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding strategy, in order to improve the effect of training, make training students through training to improve their ability and accomplishment, be at the forefront of rural teachers.
