| The quality of teachers is the key to promote the balanced development of regional education,but also the key to the development of education in China.It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of rural teachers and to promote the development of regional basic education,and to further improve the overall quality of rural teachers in rural areas.Replacement of full-time training is for rural primary and secondary school teachers and the implementation of the "national training plan" key projects,the model is to organize support teachers,normal students to rural primary and secondary school internship,replacement of rural primary and secondary teachers to teachers School for a period of 3 to 6 months of full-time training training.The replacement of the full-time training project solves the problem of prominent contradictions between teachers and teachers in the past,and provides a good platform for rural teachers to promote the professional development of rural teachers,to update the educational concept,to expand the professional knowledge and improve the scientific research level.The project is designed to provide four levels of systematic training through the intensive training of colleges and universities,the "shadow teacher" practice with the post,the practice and summary of the post to provide a strong guarantee for comprehensively improving the quality of the backbone teachers in rural areas.This study focuses on the survey of rural primary and secondary school teachers who have participated in the two-year,four-month replacement project for the period from September 2015 to June 2016.In this study,the author mainly from the perspective of teachers participating in the survey,through the questionnaire survey and interviews found that Henan Province N rural rural primary and secondary school teachers to replace the full-time training program to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training,training teachers to train the team of experts,"Shadow teacher" with the practice of practice and training process management and other aspects of satisfaction.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of the project,the selection of teachers is not enough science,lack of flexibility in training methods,lack of targeted training,curriculum is not enoughscience,assessment and evaluation of formalization,tracking service failed to implement in place,the author and This paper analyzes the factors that affect the effect of training,and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the replacement of the project,and put forward the relevant suggestions for fair and impartial selection of trainers,optimization of training methods and training contents,scientific training courses and perfect assessment and evaluation system. |
