In order to improve the quality of secondary vocational school, the ministry of education and the ministry of finance implement a plan to improve the quality of teachers in secondary vocational school and vocational college in the 11 th and the 12 th year plan respectively. While the backbone teachers’ training is a important part in the plan. The quality of teachers and their teaching ability have improved highly since implementing the project. However, some problems come on later. Which not only affect the teachers’ team construction of secondary vocational schools, but also waste the country’s resources. The research use the method of questionnaire survey and interview survey, based on the professional backbone teachers of secondary vocational school, analyze the present situation in the national training of professional backbone teachers of secondary vocational school. Find existing problems in the training and put forward some pertinent measure to perfect the training of professional backbone teachers of secondary vocational schoolThe main content of this research is as follows: first, analyze the definition of secondary vocational school of professional backbone teachers training concepts and theoretical basis, and indicate the particularity of secondary vocational school of teacher training. Second, investigate the current situation of the training and the demands systematize. through the statistical results and the cause of the existing problems, it is concluded that first the training students is not always belong to backbone teachers; the training mode is fixed;the effect of enterprise practice is not so well; the similarity between training student and their major is low; the rate of registering is reducing; and the last is the time of training arrangement is not flexible. Which the reason is attributed to the insufficient understanding of the importance of the training teacher of secondary vocational school, lack in-depth analysis in students and training needs, failed to give full expression to the particularity of vocational education and the teachers’ in-service training mechanism is not perfect.Based on the existing problems of the secondary vocational schools in the national professional backbone teachers training, the research puts forward optimization countermeasures and Suggestions of secondary vocational schools national professional backbone teachers training; the project design should be more targeted and diversity; the raining center should optimize the design and implementation of training programs; the schools should perfect the assurance of training conditions, the backbone teachers should strengthen learning autonomy and enthusiasm.
