In recent years,China's rapid economic development,changes in the mode of economic development,labor-intensive enterprises have been a huge impact,and its employees have been more work pressure.Representation of events in 2010 Foxconn enterprises have shocked the "13 triple jump event",which not only harm the reputation of the enterprise,but also hurt the staff of the family made,the resulting social impact is very bad.Under the guidance of the experts,the company invited nearly 500 social workers to join the assistance,and achieved some success,social work using professional practices involved in the work of the pressure of employees at the time has been recognized by the community.And today,Foxconn employees work pressure is still the concern of the community,which I hope to continue to explore this issue.First of all,the author access to the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Foxconn employees living in the community internship opportunities,through interviews,observation,questionnaire,etc.,the work of the staff of the work pressure situation carried out a comprehensive investigation,on the basis of its Staff working pressure problems of the reasons for a comprehensive analysis of Foxconn employees to explore the work of the pressure to ease the needs of the next work to prepare for the social work.The demand analysis includes five levels: the status quo and pressure source of the employees' work stress,the social adaptability of the employees,the social support network of the employees,the economic pressure situation,the leisure and entertainment situation.In this analysis,a breakthrough is needed to create conditions for the actual involvement of social workers.Second,in the work of the staff to ease the pressure of social work involved in the process.First,the rational selection of team members;second,to enrich the theory,social learning theory,the advantages of perspective theory,social support network theory to support the professional social work group involved;third,according to the different stages of research and development,,The development of different groups of activities theme,the group involved in the assessment,divided into service assessment,group activities,self-assessment of two aspects.Fourth,the effectiveness of the intervention.The results were analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the needs of the main work pressure,and the results of the intervention.Based on the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire,the evaluation of the team members,the performance of the team members,the achievement of the objectives and so on.Evaluation.Finally,the work of the staff to ease the pressure of social work involved in the reflection.Mainly on the research process of the process,the results of a comprehensive summary.To reflect on the shortcomings of the research process,to sort out the achievements of the research process,and from the perspective of social work professional staff to ease the pressure to reflect the expectations of social work in this area to contribute.
