Under the fierce competition in the modern society, pregnant women not only faced with changing social conditions, but also deal with different ideas, many factors influence each other which lead to the contradictions and the pressure of psychological problems, so that pregnant women’s psychological and emotional will appear fluctuations problems. In this case, it can make the pregnant women have the bad mood, bad mood will lead to many problems, therefore, based on the psychological status of these women during pregnancy intervention of social work is particularly important.In this paper, detailed analysis on the influencing factors of pregnant women emotions, using the method of group social work to explore by the semi-structured interviews, self-anxiety scale(SAS), depression self-depression scale (SDS), and other scientific methods. Research results show that the effect of group social work intervention played to a certain extent, ease the prenatal mood, build a more relaxed for its healthy family atmosphere.
