Since the 21 st century,with the development of our country,from developing our economy to caring about our own health,we have entered a new era in which all enjoy health care.The physical and mental health of pregnant women has become the focus of society.Pregnancy often accompanied by a variety of physiological,psychological and social changes,pregnant women will inevitably bear some psychological stress such as anxiety,fear,stress,etc.And they may lack of birth experience,do not know how to deal with childbirth,they are resistant to the impending birth.Based on this,it is necessary for social workers to unite hospitals and families in using social work-specific methods to intervene in pregnancy's psychological stress and childbirth response.This study chose a maternal and child health care center 's pregnant women school in Shanghai for the study site,conducted a general survey of pregnant women schools,and ultimately to participate in pregnant women school "Mommy Baby" health support services 30 pregnant women as the main target of intervention and set 1:1 control group without intervention.According to the professional theory of social work to develop group counseling programs,30 pregnant women were divided into two groups,each conducted three times for a 45-minute group activities,including the three topics of "pregnant woman first acquaintance","future baby","grateful life,gratefulness encounter".And we carried out four dimensions of group psychological intervention on pregnant women consist of emotional control and expression,self-exploration,seeking support and establishing self-confidence.Issued "pregnancy pressure scale","simplified Chinese version of childbirth self-efficacy scale" before and after the test,the final results showed that the average PSRS scores before and after intervention in the control group were(77.0 ± 17.1)and(79.2 ±18.2),respectively.The mean PSRS scores before and after intervention in the intervention group were(82.5 ± 20.6)and(71.2 ± 16.8),indicating that this group psychology counseling intervention is somewhat effective;the self-efficacy difference of childbirth in the control group was smaller than that of the intervention group,indicating that the increase rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P = 0.001,P <0.05);before and after intervention Paired P =0.000(P <0.05),indicating that the effect of intervention group significantly improved self-efficacy of parturition in pregnant women,that is to say,the group psychologicalcounseling have a certain effect on reduce the pressure of pregnant women and it can improve the self-efficacy of childbirth during women's pregnancy.Finally,this study suggests that efforts should be made for the physical and mental health of pregnant women from the social,family,and self levels.
