China has a long history of renqing, it’s the important part of Chinese life. Since the1980’s, with the constant change and transition of economies and society, China’s human consumption has also undergone a variety of changes, originally used to communicate simple human emotions gradually being instrumentalized. In this case, what improve the human consumption? What are the factors that affect the human consumption? What does human consumption bring us the consequences? How to build the most rational human consumption?Those are all what we need to consider. Currently academics from all angles and areas of research for human consumption expanded quite good results, this paper is based on sociological perspective starting in exchange theory and function theory as the theoretical basis, and Hwang Blau’s exchange theory as the theoretical definition of human framework, based on the Ulanhot, get the current status of human consumption vivid, detailed information through in-depth interviews, thus in-depth analysis of the reasons for human consumption, in an attempt to investigate the function of a human consumption rationalization path.I believe that human consumption had two motives, first, in order to obtain and maintain relationships of scarce resources, the intrinsic rewards of social exchange social exchange with extrinsic rewards are inevitably produce human consumption. Second, people’s communicative acts must comply with certain communicative norms, such norms requires people not only to follow the principle of reciprocity and fairness but also to maintain or earn "face" to achieve these two points, it must be human consumption. I believe that the external sexual reward and the "face" of the excessive pursuit of human consumption is the cause of alienation. Thus, the author further noted that consumer network of relationships, family economic conditions and consumer psychology are the three factors that influence human consumption. Rational human consumption can strengthen relationships, expanding social support networks, alienated human consumption has played a reduced quality of life of vulnerable groups, such as strengthening social polarization negative features. On this basis, the author explores the alienation of measures to curb human consumption, including social security and government to promote economic development, expand educational campaigns, strengthening civil society organizations to guide the initiative, innovation and owners of power management modes, build human virtual payment system consumers agree to a rational human consumption.
