As an ancient topic in human society,gift has always played a unique role in interpersonal communication.Gifts in the educational field should have been pure emotional interaction between teachers and students,but in recent years,what has attracted people attention is the problem of alienation of gifts in the educational field.In this paper,a primary school teacher and a middle school teacher is slected as the research objcet.Throughlk--participating in school life,talking with teachers and students to explore the real situation of this alienatonsons.hoping to find how to make the gifts in the education field return to the nature of gifts.This study is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly analyzes various manifestations of the alienation of gifts in the current educational field through interviews with the research objects,which are mainly divided into four aspects: the alienation of the purpose,the alienation of the occasions,the alienation of the objects and value,and the alienation of the receive standard.Such alienation of giving gifts mainly occurs between teachers and parents.The second chapter is mainly analyze the left courtesy of gift through the personal experience of the interviewees.The respect of students for teachers,the gratitude of parents for teachers,and the resistance and struggle of teachers themselves against this alienation are all manifestations of residual courtesy.The first section of the third part is to analyze the deep reasons for the alienation of gifts in the educational field,which are caused by the change of the identity function of education itself,the trend of commercialization of gifts under the social background,and the influence of China's unique relationship culture.The last reason is that during the social transition period,the teachers themselves have not received matching returns,resulting in some teachers making wrong choices.The second section mainly analyzes the moral implication of "courtesy" in gifts.Gift,as a means of ritual communication,plays an important role in realizing teachers' and students' self-identification.Secondly,gifts can achieve the goal of expressing emotions by means of material means.At the same time,gifts play an important role in cultivating students' awareness of respecting teachers,loving students and giving back.The third section aims at the causes of alienation and puts forward three countermeasures to promote the return of gifts to their nature.First of all,the country should specify the limits of gift giving in the educational field.Strict regulations arerequired from the price,content and occasions of gift giving,and the income of the teacher should be guaranteed from the system.Secondly,teachers should stick to their bottom line,improve their practical wisdom.Finally,in the process of communication,teachers and students should abandon the traditional relationship thinking and establish a more open and democratic relationship between teachers and students.
