This paper tries to work out the physical and mental status characteristics of college students in different exercise, and find out more suitable ways for college students through the study on the effects of different exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, and medium load climbing of the same load taking on body and mind. On college students86people by the experimental method80people (mean age20.1±1.6years), among them:40men (mean age22±2years),40women (average age20±1.5years). The index of heart rate monitoring intensity, were of moderate intensity (131b/min-150b/min.30min) three different sport, and5min before exercise, sports30min and15min after exercise and physical state of self assessment, in the strength of10periods:T0, T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9; sex (a total of2levels:boys, girls); compare different time segments of the same motion mode, comparison in the same period of different exercise modes, compare the same period of time with a motion mode of different sex, the same time the different ways of the same gender comparison. The results show that:1. the inhibitory effect to the pleasure state of jogging of the maximum degree to all the students; the inhibition of climbing, jogging, and mountain climbing have more effects on female pleasure state must be bigger than the inhibitory effect on boys; influence on boys walking motion state of joy best; brisk walking exercise have the best influence on the girls’state of joy. State2, jogging, brisk walking two motion to all student activity inhibit, mountaineering can promote the activity state; mountaineering have the best influence on dynastic state for all students; the same event has better influence on dynamic state for girls than that of the boys. Effect of3, mountaineering have the best influence on smooth state for all students; the influence on the smooth state on mountaineering and jogging is better for girls compared with boys; brisk walking have the best influence on smooth state for boys and jogging have the best influence on smooth state for girls.
