Respectively in 1995, 2000, 2005, 2000 medium and students of our country four comprehensive constitution monitoring, analyzing and comparing the test data, and the results showed as follows: in 2012 compared with 1995, lung capacity fell by nearly 10%; College students in the men’s 1000 m run, the women’s 800 m run performance has fallen by 10.9% and 10.9% respectively; At the same time, the male and female college students standing long jump results fell by 1.29 cm and 2.72 cm; Students in the overweight or underweight phenomenon; Myopia rate is almost 90%. Recent news reports about university student physical decline continually, emerge in endlessly, a widespread social concern is caused, this phenomenon is more about college students’ physical health decline has still not been contained. Thus, organizing students’ physical quality in our country has present a general decline in adverse trends.The university stage is the student individuality formation, independent development is particularly important, but also the most important human social mileage. In the process, they need to face multiple pressures, both from the social cognition and the role of different pressure, there are also cultural teaching, professional ability training, skills training and other pressures. To promote college students to adapt to the society, become a have ideal, morality, culture and discipline of qualified talents for socialist modernization construction of great help.This study to the "college sports and health", Zhengzhou University students’ physical quality, physiological and psychological characteristics as the foundation, and with the national student physical health standard(revised in 2014) were analyzed, try to jogging exercise prescription teaching experiments of Zhengzhou University students’ body quality as the breakthrough point, the test object is randomly in the eight class four classes as the experimental group(124), the rest of the control group(124), respectively the body function, such as quality testing, the indicators to explore to improve college students’ physical fitness effective methods, for the college students’ extracurricular physical education teaching and students, campus culture provides lifelong sports ideology and health level to provide the reference basis for the students.First of all, through the literature review to jogging, and domestic and foreign research present situation of the exercise prescription of the found for jogging exercise prescription in view of the college students’ physical quality of the experiment research is less.Secondly, using the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, design and develop in accordance with Zhengzhou University students jogging exercise prescription, exercise number of times a week for two times, each time, about 60-70 min. The implementation of the prescription after 16 weeks, the use of contrast teaching experiment study, the form of test group and control group respectively student body function, shape, quality and related indicators. The experiment process is divided into three phases, before and after the contrast experiment the physical qualities and related indicators, two groups of students show significant difference. Especially boys in aerobic stamina and flexibility quality aspect, the girl has worked well in aerobic endurance quality and power quality.Finally, in view of the Zhengzhou University students’ physical and mental characteristics of this phase, constantly improve jogging exercise prescription plan, in order to improve the students’ interest in participating in sports, eliminate don’t want to run is lazy, guide and build college students’ lifelong sports health concept to provide theoretical reference basis. For Henan college students,to improve the physique, improve physical quality to provide scientific intervention plans, and facilitate the Zhengzhou University students provide scientific theory basis for curriculum reform and the promotion and application of the association of Zhengzhou University jogging.The conclusion is as follows:1. Jogging in physical education and extracurricular activities in the form of exercise prescription is effective in students’ sports to increase college students’ physical quality and body function of the effective fitness programs.2. Jogging on college students male and female students in grade one students of lower limb strength and endurance quality effectiveness is most obvious, men and women all six items separately with five project is jogging influence is obvious, a project impact is not very obvious. 1 min of boys pull-ups and girls sit-ups effect is not very obvious.3. After half a year’s experiment research, the boy’s grip strength significantly increased, grip strength increased by 0.99 kg. Male and female increased standing long jump of 8 cm and 3 cm. The average increase is not accidental phenomenon, is the result of exercise prescription under the control of the implementation. Experimental group of boys standing long jump performance increased by 8 cm, and the student achievement in the control group only increased by 2 cm, is about four times against students. Experimental group girls standing long jump performance increased by 3 cm, control group increased by 2 cm, the experimental group students scores increase amplitude is 1.5 times of them. Pull-ups the increase to 0.31, the control group students in the natural growth of 0.02 after half a semester, compared two groups of students’ growth, the growth rate of more than 15 times.4. Through 16 weeks of exercise prescription intervention group college students, their body function and physical quality has changed significantly, the experimental group students’ high variation compared with control group for more than 2 times.5. Jogging exercise prescription not only run, and the strength exercises, mainly run a variety of cross, are strict on control sports load.6. Running is the basic way of movement, is the most easy to implement sport, and the exercise value of human body is the most effective. As a result, people especially the college students in physical education, the use of extracurricular activities and weekend for jogging, exercise is the effective means of improving the quality of the body.
