Those laws and regulations strengthen the management of higher education teacher, and ensure the faculty generous salaries and stable life easy and comfortable. To this end, the national government promulgated a series of legislation, law, emphasizes the institutions of higher learning to standardize the school, disciplines and specialties set must be in the nation’s social service, education policy should be adapted to the needs of the development of nation and The Times.
