Abstract: For primary and middle school students during the problem has been one ofsocial hot issues. Comprehensive development and the cultivation of innovation ability is ofgreat significance. The purpose of the curriculum reform implementation is in order to betterpromote quality education, but in the new curriculum reform as propulsion, in some areas andschool students burden overweight problem still exists, this caused the people to the newcurriculum reform, the quality of education dispute and attention to the "burden" problem,Academic circle has launched a new round of discussion and research about the students"burden" problem.In this paper, based on the understanding and the rational thinking of their predecessors,explore new train of thought to reduce the financial burden of students. This study first of allto interpret the connotation of the burden, then using the correlation policy, investigation,report to explain the cause of students’ burden, the perspective of the current problemsexisting in the students’ burden as well as the necessity of optimization.The author thinks that the education of students have had their burden and social ideas,teachers’ teaching methods and students’ learning habits are closely related. Therefore, Thisstudy tries to update teaching ideas, teaching forms of adjustment to make strategicexploration.The article is based on junior middle school physics experiment in students learningduring the practice exploration. Exploration results show that, relying on the physicsexperiment teaching can stimulate students’ interest, to promote the understanding ofknowledge, Enhance the ability of cooperation to explore, so as to achieve the purpose ofreduce the learning load.
