Since the reform and open policy,China’s higher education has made great achievement.Simultaneously,difficult employment of college graduates is becoming more and moreserious,college graduates’ employment has become the focus of the society. The concept ofcollege graduates’ occupational value is that they have a overall view to vocationalevaluation,occupation choice and occupation value orientation. Reflecting their basic beliefand attitude,that plays important role in their future career. Higher Vocational MedicalColleges is the crucial part of higher education. Its occupational value is bound to have boththe characteristics of colleges and medical business. It will make sense how to understand theoccupational value of Higher Vocational Medical Colleges,guide them to suit the value ofdevelopment of the socialist market economy and strengthen the students’ Ideological andpolitical education in Medical Vocational Colleges. It is also a subject that Medical VocationalColleges guide students to rational employment and improve the employment rate.A large number of facts show that,difficult employment of medical college graduates isnot due to the social demand for medical students that has reached saturation or excess,thenational policy system and graduates’ occupational value are the key.As the HealthNewspaper had the statistic to the survey of medical graduate in2008.The result is82%medical graduates want to enter the public hospitals due to its advanced and professionaltraining opportunities.Only20%want to work in Community Health Centre or townshiphealth centers in rural,72%make it clear that they do not want to go. With the increasingcompetition of the employment situation as the background,how should medical studentsmake correct choice of occupation choice?Similar to the employment of common graduate,higher vocational medical collegestudents are affected by the society,university and family,etc. According to the survey ofHealth Newspaper,the employment is difficult; the society has the demand and supplybalance of higher vocational medical college students. Overall speaking,the supply is lessthan demand. So,in the social circumstances that objective conditions are difficult to change,it is a good research area from the occupational value of higher vocational medical collegestudents. Drawing on previous theories and research results,the subject has a survey to theoccupational value in Cangzhou Medical College. It mainly explains the trend ofhighervocational medical students’ occupation values analyzes the factors and reasons andgives the solutions and ways. It’s due to guide the students to establish correct occupationvalues,fix own position and succeed finding a good career. Same time,it also offer somesuggestions to the management of Medical Colleges.There are four parts in this thesis.The first part is to define the value,occupational value and higher vocational medicalstudents’ occupation values. Based on it,it analyzes the meaning, features and importance ofhigher vocational medical students’ occupation values.The second part mainly disscusses practice and policy foundation of full-time classadviser team construction in secondary vocational school, the basic obligation and quality offull-time class adviser and the principles and approaches of full-time class adviser teamconstruction in secondary vocational schools.The third part,we carried out the filed research practically and realistically. The aim ofthe research is to find out the overall situation and problems existing in full-time class adviserteam construction in secondary vocational school by panel discussion, interview andquestionnaire. The overall situation of team construction mainly include four aspects: teamstructure, team quality, work performance and improving prospect. The problems existing inteam construction involve three points: slow reformation speed in management personnel,vulnerable faculty ability, obstruction in career development access and uncompletedevaluation mechanism, etc.The last part,In order to strengthen the full-time class adviser team construction insecondary vocational schools, we should take measures in two dimensions. On the one hand,the personnel system for recruiting new teachers should be intensified. The systems shouldfocus on recruitment of the bipolar teacher who has both management and technical abilityand expand the number of full-time class advisers. On the other hand, the full-time classadvisers in position should enhance their administration skill and overall quality, andconstantly elevate their management level in three aspects, that is, training system and systemconstruction, full-time class adviser evaluation mechanism and completing full-time classadviser career development access.
