Through the investigation about the current situation of mathematics teaching insecondary vocational school, the paper emphatically analyzed the reason why mathematicsteaching in secondary vocational school was not ideal. On how to improve the effectivenessof vocational mathematics classroom conducted in-depth research, the paper explained thesignificance of the study conducted. Based on the latest literature about secondary vocationalteaching in domestic, I conducted with a number of outstanding teachers of mathematicsteaching in vocational communication and discussion. Doing investigation and test in foursecondary vocational schools, which are Vocational Education Center of Shijiazhuang, theFirst Vocational Secondary School of Shijiazhuang, the Second Vocational School ofShijiazhuang and Shijiazhuang Accounting Vocational School, thus I worked on a scientific,rigorous, comprehensive experimental study on the effective teaching of mathematics.This paper introduced the background of the secondary mathematics teaching andillustrated the effective teaching of secondary vocational school. And the paper demonstratedtheoretical foundation of effective teaching in four aspects as theory of teachers’specialization, learning community, situational teaching and teaching according to theiraptitude. After that the paper analyzed the influence elements to effective teaching of mathfrom teachers, students, content and method of teaching, and teaching environment. Also thispaper specially looked into effect and effectiveness of classroom teaching of math, andanalyzed survey result in details. The paper also pointed out the existing problems of currentteaching and learning methods and student evaluation system and proposed some effectiveimprovement measures. This paper constructed detailed interpretation and explanation ondelaminating teaching mode,“guide, reading, discussion, speaking and practice” classroomteaching mode, students’ effective learning method and student evaluation system. The paperanalyzed and summed up the effective teaching effect through the teaching practice of vividexamples. Thus the paper drew a relatively complete and systematic effective teaching modeof secondary mathematics, which provided a scientific and accurate data and reference for theteaching reform.
