How to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality, to promote students’ all-round progress and to develop through the scientific and effective teaching activities, is an important issue and challenge each teacher faces. Mathematics effective teaching is based on natural, follow knowledge happen development process as the carrier, design the students’ mathematics activity process, and give full play to the students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, make the students’ mathematical thinking fully unfolds, the depth to participate in mathematics comprehension of knowledge and exploration, up to mathematical concept, principle and way of thinking of substantive understanding, implement mathematical skills to solve practical problem. This paper carried on the exploration and practice of mathematics classroom teaching from the following aspects.Firstly, this paper expounds the meaning of effective teaching, influential factors, strategies and standards, this paper analyzes the theoretical foundation of effective teaching, intention to grasp the mathematical effective teaching theories and practice guidance.Secondly, through the questionnaire, interview and so on, to survey Junior Middle School students’mathematics study situation. On one hand, from the perspective of students, we analyze mathematical learning obstacles and common problems. On the other hand, from the perspective of teachers, we give reasonable suggestions to mathematics teaching in junior.Thirdly, to analyze the features of teaching materials, this paper analyzes the teaching goal, according to survey results. put forward the concept of Junior Middle School students in mathematics teaching implementation of effective teaching strategy, for example, to create the right situation, and stimulate interest in learning, ask effective questions, and inspire thinking, effective communication between teachers and students interaction, effective use of the multimedia technology.Finally, through the two classroom case, to analyze the implementation of effect teaching, we reflect on the classroom and put forward reasonable suggestions.The article explores from both the theory and practice of effective teaching, has a certain meaning of theory and practice.
