Core strength training early is used in fitness and rehabilitation, which is mainly used inthe treatment of back pain in rehabilitation. It is increasingly being used on the back ofcompetitive athletes’ injury prevention on the foreign country in1990s, then foreign scholarsand coaches increase the study of torso muscles, and core strength training are proposed andapplied to the sports field athletics.Throwing solid ball is one of sports examinations in Junior high school,which iscoordination, waist abdominal strength as one of the project, it is important to improvestudents’ physical fitness, develop students upper body strength. We have a conclusionthrough long-term training practice that Strength is the basis of other qualities, and the keytechnology to improve the sport, to ensure that prevention and treatment of sports injuries.Explore the influence of core strength training for developing test students’ physical fitnessand examination sports scores, in order to provide a useful reference for how to betterimprove throwing medicine balls achievements, but also to provide a theoretical and practicalbasis for academics grassroots sports teachers and related research.In this paper, the use of literature, survey interviews, experiments and mathematicalstatistics, comparative analysis to improve the test scores of students in solid ballexperimental results and theoretical analysis. Candidates in the fourth secondary school ofLang fang are experimental subjects, and they are divided into the experimental class and thecontrol class. After four months, the four special ability index and two core strength targetsare tested of the experimental class and the control class. The experimental result are countedand analyzed, and the following conclusions are draw:1. Introduction of core strength training for four months can improve the score ofstudents in throwing solid spheres project. The students four special ability index after theexperiment all have improved in varying degrees, and the scores of experimental classthrowing solid spheres better than that of the control class.2. Introduce the core strength training to the candidates training have the better trainingeffect. After the exercise, the experimental class and control class were analyzed that theirfour experiments special ability index, in which three targets had the significance difference. 3. Core strength is not the determining factor in all of the projects, at800m/1,000mproject, the experimental class somewhat less than the control class on achievement, the corestrength enhancement can help enhance their stability, but can not increase their resultsdirectly.4. Core strength is a useful complement to conventional strength training, it is an integralpart of strength training,but it can not replace traditional strength training.
