| Research purposes:Introduce the unilateral strength training in the eighth-grade solid ball teaching,and explore whether it can improve the performance of the solid ball based on improving the students’ special physical fitness.Compare these three different sports training methods to the eighth-grade solid ball The impact of athletic performance and specific physical fitness,looking for strength training methods that can effectively promote middle school students solid ball performance,provide theoretical reference for unilateral strength training applied to middle school students’ strength training,and enrich solid ball teaching training methods.Research methods:129 students in the eighth grade of W Middle School in Xiaogan City were used as the research objects and randomly divided into three groups:unilateral strength training group,bilateral strength training group,and unilateral+bilateral mixed group.After 12 weeks of experiments,the paired sample t-test was used to compare the changes in the measured parameters before and after,and the one-way analysis of variance was used to study the changes in the differences between the three training groups.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,it can be found that the difference between the solid ball scores before and after the unilateral strength training group is significantly different from the bilateral group(P<0.05).The unilateral training group has a greater improvement(2)Through paired sample t-test and univariate analysis of variance,it was found that the explosive power of the lower limbs in the three groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups;girls in the unilateral group were better than girls in the bilateral group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).(3)Unilateral training groups and the mixed groups can significantly improve students’ eight-grade abdominal bridge index,and the bilateral group has not improved significantly.(4)All three types of training can significantly improve students’ upper limb strength,and the differences between groups are not significant.Research conclusions:(1)Unilateral strength training can improve the effect of adolescents ’lower limb explosive power training under the premise of little or no load,improve the core stability of the body,and improve the students’ solid ball performance by improving special qualities The effect of lateral lower limb strength training is better than that of unilateral upper limb strength training.In actual teaching,it can be flexibly selected according to the needs of the teacher.(3)unilateral strength training is difficult to complete,easy to deform,and have high requirements for teachers,which is more suitable for small classes. |
