Background: In the early 21 st century,core strength training became one of the hot issues that scholars paid attention to and discussed.It has become a sports training method recognized by experts and coaches in the field of sports in my country,and has been effectively applied to the practice of competitive sports.As an important part of the overall force,the core muscle group shoulders the mission of stabilizing the center of gravity and transmitting force,and plays a role of connecting the upper and lower limbs.People rely on strong supportive core muscle groups to stably and excellently complete complex and diverse motor skills and professional technical movements.Objective: Nowadays,throwing a solid ball has become one of the sports items in the middle school entrance examination in many regions of China.It is an item integrating the coordination of the lumbar and abdominal muscles,which plays an important role in improving the strength,speed,endurance,agility and coordination of the students' waist,abdomen and upper limbs Through long-term training practice:strength is the basis of other qualities,is the key to improve sports technology,is the guarantee of prevention and treatment of sports injuries to explore the core strength training on the development of the examinee's physical quality and physical performance in the middle school entrance examination,in order to better improve the performance of throwing solid ball to provide useful reference Therefore,the purpose of this study is to design a set of reasonable and feasible core strength training methods for grassroots physical education teachers and related research scholars to provide theoretical and practical basis.Methods: this article selects the Da Lian spring Field Middle School examinee part in 16 of the students in grade 3 students as the research object,first of all,to avoid the influence of the height and weight,the experiment of two groups of students selected the number of height and weight of each number is the same Secondly,this article through to the basic information of the data associated with the physical quality special evaluation index the raw data The original data of core strength index and the experimental data of throwing back and forward with hands in situ studied in this experiment were analyzed for significance,and the analysis showed that the two groups were comparable.In addition,the control group was arranged for routine training,while the experimental group was arranged for core strength training and stood long jump with 30 second sit-ups The four items of throwing a solid ball in situ and throwing a solid ball in situ were used as special evaluation indexes.The load-bearing sit-up(2kg)and 1-minute sit-up were used as core strength indexes to reflect the strength of core muscle.Result: After 15 weeks of experimental training,through the statistical analysis of the data obtained after the test of the experimental group and the control group students throwing a solid ball with their hands behind their heads,and comparing the special index data of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,it was found that: The special scores of the two groups have improved,and the scores of the students in the experimental group have improved more than the control group,there is a significant difference(P<0.05),the specific results are shown as follows:(1)After the experiment,among the 4 specific indicators of the experimental group and the control group,30 S sit-ups(P<0.05),solid ball thrown with both hands in place(P<0.05),solid ball thrown with both hands in place(P<0.05)0.05)have significant differences(P<0.05);(2)According to the standing long jump performance of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and there is no significant difference in standing long jump performance before and after training(p>0.05).Core strength There was no significant difference in the effect of training between the control group and the experimental group(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in standing long jump performance between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).Methods: This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,investigation and interview,and comparative analysis.Taking16 junior high school students in Dalian Chuntian middle school as the research object,the 16 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 8 students in each group.In this study,the control group received routine training,while the experimental group received core strength training at the same time.Take 30 seconds sit up,standing long jump,in-situ forward throwing and in situ back throwing as special evaluation indexes,and weight-bearing sit ups(2kg)and 1 minute sit ups as core strength indicators to reflect the strength of core muscle strength.Conclusion: After researching and analyzing the experimental results detailed in this study,the specific conclusions are as follows: 1)The core strength training is introduced in the solid ball training for the high school entrance examination,and the training effect is more obvious.It shows that core strength training is beneficial to improve the solid ball performance of middle school candidates,and the experiment has achieved obvious training effects.2)For some high school entrance examination projects,core strength training is not a decisive factor,such as standing long jump.The main factor that affects standing long jump performance is the explosive power of the lower limbs.That is,in a short period of time,core strength training can only enhance the stability of the human body,but cannot promote the explosive power of the lower limbs.3)Core strength training is a useful supplement to conventional strength training,and cannot replace the general training methods.These two training methods should be combined and supplemented with each other.
