In the late19th century and early20th century, people always regarded mental retardation, disability, blinded as the threat of society. Put them as scary, fear, the object of ridicule, giving them a label with insulting natures, such as "idiots","retarded child" and "fool" etc. Along with Social progress, People understand the special youths more. But their old ideas still exist and impact of the exchanges between people and special youths. As the backbone of social development, University students’view about the special youth influences the development of special youth in a large extent. According to the research, some college students do not want to engaged in special education in our country. Even special educational students are not willing to work in special education. How college students impress to the special youth. What factors influence their impression formation? These issues have not been studied in the country. In this study, using college students as subjects, using questionnaires as tool. Through investigation research the relationship of the impression of special teenagers and its educational effects among college students in Chongqing. This research study can enrich our study of the impression formation about special youth. In order to understanding the status, characteristics and the problem of the impression that college student feel to special youth. To founding the factors that what affect impression information. In order to providing the empirical evidence for changing the negative impression that college student feel special youth.The results show these:(1) The self-questionnaires have good reliability and validity and meet the requirements of education measurement, can be used as a measurement tool for this study. (2) The impression that university student in Chongqing to special youth is divided into three dimensions. The order in which they score:neutral impression> positive impression> negative impression.(3) The impact of education about the impression that college student in Chongqing to special youth is divided into six dimensions. The order in which they score:negative impact on family education> positive impact of mass communication> negative effects of mass communication> Positive impact on family education> Positive impact on school education> negative impact on school education.(4) The college students feel the positive impression and neutral impression of special youth and total score of significant differences in gender, girls scored higher than boys. But on the negative impression boys scored higher than girls with significant differences. Freshman has the highest positive impression on the special youth. Seniors have the highest neutral impression on the special youth. Sophomore has the highest negative impression on the special youth. The order in different grades in which they score:seniors> sophomore> freshman> juniors.(5) On the positive impression, outbound, recognizing the special youth and contacting with special youth scored higher than introverted, do not know special youth and no contact with the special youth with significant differences. On the neutral impression, liberal arts, city, do not know special youth and medium household economy scored higher than science, countryside, recognizing the special youth and poor families with significant differences. On the negative impression, science and city scored higher than liberal arts and countryside with significant differences.(6) The total score of the impact of education about the impression that college student in Chongqing to special youth is significant differences in different genders, specialty, grade, if they are contacted with special youth or not. In gender, girls scored higher than boys. In different professions, science scored higher than liberal arts. In the different grades, juniors scored below freshman, sophomore and senior. Touching scored higher than not touching.(7) The total score of the impact of education about the impression that college student in Chongqing to special youth is not significant differences in different local, family economic situation and if they are recognize special youth or not. Multiple analyses showed that:On the positive impact of mass communication, countryside scored higher than small town. On positive and negative family influence education, recognizing the special youth scored higher than do not know special youth. On negative impact on the public dissemination, medium household economy scored higher than family economic well.(8) Positive family influence education, the positive impact of mass communication, positive impact on school education, educational impact score and positive impression has significant positive correlation. Negative family influence education, negative impact on the public dissemination and positive impression has significant negative correlation.(9) Positive family influence education, the positive impact of mass communication, negative impact on the public dissemination, negative impact on school education, educational impact score and neutral impression has significant positive correlation.(10) Negative family influence education, negative impact on the public dissemination, negative impact on school education, educational impact score and negative impression has significant positive correlation. Positive family influence education, the positive impact of mass communication and negative impression has significant negative correlation.(11) Positive family influence education, negative family influence education, positive impact of mass communication, negative impact on the public dissemination, positive impact on school education, negative impact on school education, educational impact score and the total impression questionnaire has significant positive correlation.(12) The positive impact of mass communication, Positive family influence education common interpretation of positive impression.
