With the development of economy and society in our country, the need for talent has raised new demands. The shortage of innovative talent forces us to reform the educational model. The mathematics teaching in the past only emphasizes two-basics, which has been unable to meet the needs of providing innovative talents for economic and social development. Compulsory Mathematics Curriculum Standards (2011) has expanded the two-basics to four-basics in the overall objective, which aroused widespread concern in mathematics education.The four-basics are basic knowledge, basic skills, basic ideas and basic activities experience in mathematics teaching. This paper studies the basic activities experience, which hasn’t got enough attention in the teaching practice and teaching research. In order to implement this new proposed curriculum, the research to the teaching strategies and the teaching situation about the math teacher helps students gain the mathematical events experience in the primary school is particularly important. The research not only has important theoretical significance, but also has a strong practical significance.The research methods used in this thesis are literature research, questionnaire survey and interviews, classroom observation and other research methods.In this thesis, the relevant literature data collection is through text books, electronic books, journals and other means and these data has been assorted and analyzed comprehensively. Also the existing research results have been reasonably drawn. The study selected some mathematics teachers and students of grades4-6at the primary schools in Chongqing, Beibei as the respondent; granted150questionnaires to teachers (retrieved142) and220questionnaires to students (retrieved215); and conducted10interviews with the teachers.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part mainly talks about the background research, the implications for research and the definition to the core concepts of this topic, as well as the existing research scholars at home and abroad have done.Then, it’s the interpretation to the theory of mathematics activity experience in primary school. Before the mathematics experience and mathematics learning, it goes to the experience and education. Next, it interprets the reason of four-basics in the new curriculum. It also talks about the formation of the math activities experience in primary school and the teaching values of math activities experience accumulation in primary school.In the third part, the design and method of this survey are mainly involved and the major research tools are also fully described.For the fourth part, it analyzes the data obtained from questionnaires using SPSS19.0and concludes the problem about elementary school mathematics teachers help students accumulate mathematics activity experience.Then, it analyzes the reason of the accumulation of experience in primary school mathematics activities in four aspects:the overall cognitive, the teaching designs, the classroom teaching and the reflections after class.At last, it gives some teaching strategies to promote the accumulation of experience in primary school mathematics activities from teaching preparation, teaching practice and teaching evaluation.
