This selection of high school language textbook (required)(hereinafter referred to as PEP materials), by People’s Education Press published in2004. Compared with the previous legacy high school language textbook, this version adds a lot of color textbook illustration, showing a number of new features, has a unique value for language teaching. Optional California high school language textbook version (hereinafter referred to as the California version of the textbook) by McGraw-Hill Publishing Company in2007. The author intends by comparison with the new standards, new evidence and new comparative comparative dimension to a comprehensive and detailed version of the textbook illustrations for two to sort out, which reveals the two high school language textbook illustrations feature in the curriculum, textbooks and teaching functions of the function differences.
