With the development of educational informatization,online teaching will become a major trend in the future.As the carrier of online teaching,online teaching platforms play an important role and attract more and more attention.However,the current online teaching platform has many problems,the quality is uneven,and the related research is rare,which affects the user's choice and use.From the perspective of user experience,this paper has carried out research on the evaluation index system of online teaching platforms,hoping to construct a reasonable evaluation index system of online teaching platforms that can meet the needs of users through scientific and systematic research methods.This paper analyzes the objectives of the evaluation index system of online teaching platforms,proposes the principles of construction,and divides the construction process into the use of literature survey method and expert consultation method to determine evaluation indicators,the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each indicator,and the use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method verifies the effectiveness of the established evaluation index system in three parts.The first part is to determine the evaluation index.Through combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,constructing a preliminary draft of evaluation indicators for the online teaching platform,and then using the expert consultation method to carry out consultations.The consultation objects are mainly educational technology teachers in universities.After three rounds of consultation,the first-level indicators,the second-level indicators,and third-level indicators in the preliminary draft were revised and improved.The opinions of experts tended to be concentrated and the consultation ended.Finally,3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators,22 third-level indicators and corresponding indicator descriptions are determined.The second part is to determine the distribution of each indicator.The use of AHP to calculate the weight of the determined indicators at all levels mainly includes four steps: constructing a hierarchical mod,constructing a judgment matrix,calculating importance rankings,and conducting consistency checks.After the consistency check is passed,the construction of the online teaching evaluation index system is completed.The third part is to verify the effectiveness of the established evaluation index system.Based on the evaluation index system of the online teaching platform,a questionnaire was designed to make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the“Excellent College”,and analyze the scores of each index,and finally determine the score of “Excellent College” to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system.Combined with interviews to understand the disadvantages of “Excellent College”,analyze the main problems existing in the current online teaching platform and put forward suggestions for improvement.This research aims to build an evaluation index system for online teaching platforms in universities,and use this as an example to explore the evaluation index system for online teaching platforms based on user experience,and provide a basis for users to effectively choose a platform that suits them.
