Life education has more than10years of development in mainland China. Especially after issuing’the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)’, life education develops more prosperously. Teachers as an operator of the school education and teaching work, their points and actions influence education, themselves and children’s growth. Besides, they play the important roles in the life education practice exploration. So, it is very urgent to carry out life education of teachers.Experience transformation and self-comprehension are in close relationship with the life education. This is the theory basis to carry out the teachers’life education effectively. In the first chapter,’what are experience transformation and self-comprehension’is written. The second chapter is mainly written the combing of experience transformation, self-comprehension and teachers’life education. It can be concluded that experience is the base of life education, experience transformation is the process of teachers’life education, and self-comprehension is the core of life education. The more importance is that self-comprehension is the directing if experience transformation, and experience transformation embodies the self-comprehension in teachers’life education.The third and fourth chapters discuss practice exploration of teachers’life education. This exploration is based on action researches to three rounds of teachers’life education practice and the above theory in this paper. The third chapter mainly discusses the two effective forms and their specific operation. The effective forms are moral subject teacher training and school-based research, Of course, moral subject teacher training and school-based research have differences in operation, though they all go through initiation, reflection and practice stages.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the helpers which can help experience transformation and the new experience after activities, which is according to the analysis of submitted data written by learners. The five projects’theoretical study, subject research, life narration, teaching and theme activity’ and their ways can help experience transformation. Experience is the interaction of individual and environment, so the new experience is that individual actions caused by the change first, second is the influence to individual which is form the result of the actions. In reaction, teachers’self-comprehension to life, teachers, students and education are incarnated.
