Both in human capital theory and signal filtering theory points out that the relationship between education and the level of human capital, the difference is that the former is education credit for raising the level of human capital, the latter believe that screening of the higher education system with high human capital. Enterprise whether education can be called as the important basis of selection personnel? In this paper, based on the practical problems in the enterprise in the recruitment, committed to test the effectiveness of the education signal role in enterprise personnel recruitment, and analyzes the reason and solution.This article discusses from four parts. The first part is the degree of signal function ought to be sexual with reality, using the signal filtering theory related to clarify the theoretical degree signal function of education on behalf of the corresponding ability, again through the hiring of the investigation of the status quo of the degree to the actual situation of signal function have an intuitive judgment, know when hiring whether use the signals and how to use the credentials.
