As a special group of the whole society,women's employment has been the focus of the government,scholars and the media.After entering in twenty-first Century,the economy of China and Mongolia has a rapid development and promotion,therefore,as an adjacent Asian country,it is of great significance to carry out the comparative study on the employment situation of women in Mongolia and china.This paper chooses the China and Mongolia's 2005-2015 data as the basis,through detailed analysis and comparison,the difference China and Mongolia concerning female employment in their impact factors,the rate of change of employment employment in terms of age,marriage,occupation,region,industry selection,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward from the employment problem of Mongolia women's social welfare system,legal system and regular system.At the same time,this paper uses Logistic model to evaluate the employment situation of women in China and mongolia.The results show that:(1)in 2005-2015,the employment rate of China's and Mongolia's age women(20-59 years old)showed an overall upward trend.Chinese women's employment rate of 78.69%,an increase of the proportion of 29.34 percentage points;Mongolia employment rate of more than 88% of the employment rate,compared with a slight decline.(2)the structure of the employment industry,from 2005 to 2015,the employment of Chinese and Mongolian women gradually increased from the first industry to the third industry and increased.(3)wage income,in recent years,Chinese women wages have increased,which,in Mongolia in the mining industry and emerging financial sector wages into rapid growth;China female high income sector mainly concentrated in state-owned units,overall,China female income level is higher than Mongolia's women.The high income group years concentrated in the age of 45 years old.(4)the income distribution of the industry,the income structure of Chinese and Mongolian women's energy,mineral income are higher than other industries,at the same time,Chinese women in finance,information software revenue is higher than that of women in Mongolia.This dissertation is divided into five parts,with many years of data from the micro perspective analysis the trend of changes of the employment situation of Mongolian women,to tease out the factors affecting the employment of women in Mongolia and China,provide reference and thinking for the employment of women in Mongolia.
