The employment of college students is not only related to the development of China's economy,but also affects the stability of society and the long-term stability of the people.In recent years,with the continuous adjustment and reform of higher education system of China's industrial structure gradually deepening,college enrollment has been expanded,which led to the rapid rise of the annual number of graduates,the employment pressure of college students also therefore continued to rise.At present,China is in a critical period of economic development of the new normal,enterprise employment is limited,government agencies continue to merge,compendium of institutions of strict control,and the development of private enterprises is relatively slow,these factors will further aggravate the difficulty in college students' employment.In addition,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region because of its special geographical disadvantage,economic development is relatively slow,and the special political and economic,social and cultural environment,resulting in the employment problem of college students in Inner Mongolia is particularly prominent,Inner Mongolia belongs to the national autonomous areas of our country,has its particularity in ethnic regions,the employment problem in this area is related to national unity and social harmony and stability,therefore,we must attach great importance to.On the basis of the relevant theory system of non equilibrium theory,human capital theory and the new public management theory,from the perspective of government policy perspective,discusses the related policy of the government was put forward and carried out in the Inner Mongolia area to solve the employment problem of college students in the process,has played a very important role,research method,social investigation method description and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,through the use of the actual employment for college students in Inner Mongolia,in-depth study of the system.First,clarify the basic employment situation of university students in Inner Mongolia area,the basic situation and existing government employment policy situation;secondly,points out the existing employment policies for college students in Inner Mongolia area development and implementation aspects of the problem;finally,according to the deficiency of present situation and the existence of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region college students employment policy,puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the corresponding employment policy the.This has certain theoretical and practical significance for the students in Inner Mongolia to find the factors that affect employment,as well as employment policy formulation and future development.
