Just in a century, the society, economy, life, culture, customs of Tumote Mongolian changed notably. The development of agriculture pattern changed from pasturing to semi-pasturing and semi-farming to farming. Accordingly, the language also changed from Mongolian to Mongolian mixed with Chinese to Chinese. With the founding of new China, many effort has been made under the ethnic policy. But, there was no scientific survey data introducing and introspection the ethnic culture and education, so that, the ethnic education was very weak in Tumote Left Banner.The ethnic education is an important constituent part of the national education, and an essential content of the educational work.
