Education directly affects the revitalization and development of the nation.Only when education is fair can social justice be promoted.With the improvement of economic level and education work goal advance gradually,people's demand for compulsory education by "a study on" into "learned",education field there is a high quality education resources supply and the prominent contradiction between people's growing demand.However,the current distribution of educational resources is uneven,and children in some places do not even learn.which is mainly aimed at the unbalanced development among regions,between country and city parts,and between schools.Education in less developed areas generally has problems of insufficient investment of education funds,uneven educational conditions and unequal distribution of faculty.This unbalanced development state exists for a long time,which will inevitably lead to education unfairness.Therefore,it mission is to improve the achievement of compulsory education in underdeveloped regions will be an important goal of China's compulsory education reform and a top priority for governments at all levels.Based on the balanced compulsory education related concepts and theories,in Inner Mongolia region la shan left flag,for example,using literature analysis,case analysis,and system analysis method of Inner Mongolia is analyzed emphatically la shan left flag in the process of compulsory education existing problems and reasons,and propose a way to solve the problem.The primary coverage of the study contain: The first part is the introduction part of this article.It mostly recommends the study background,study objective and meaning,study actuality at home and abroad,study substance and study ways.The second part is relevant notions and theoretical foundations.The relevant notions mostly recommends education equity,equalization education and equalization of obligations education in countryside.The theoretical basis is equity theory and regional development theory.The third part is the status quo and existing problems of education balanced development of alashan left banner obligation in Inner Mongolia.The general situation of education obligation of alashan left flag is divided into the basic situation introduction of alashan left flag and the status quo of education obligation of alashan left flag.The main problems in the development of education in alashan's left banner obligations are: unbalanced funding input of education,unbalanced educational conditions and unbalanced allocation of teachers.The fourth part is the cause of the problem of education of alashan left banner obligation in Inner Mongolia.There are two aspects causations,namely,natural circumstance,historical elements and actual elements.The main factors are the lack of capitals for compulsory education in countryside schools,the inadequate investment system for the city and the country compulsory education,the imperfect policies for the city and the country compulsory education teachers and the low level of villages and towns school education information technology.The fifth part is the relevant way to sort out the issue.Which adhere to the "people-oriented",Shared coordinated development concept,the improvement of la shan left flag of villages and towns school compulsory education development of the school environment,optimization of la shan left flag compulsory education school education resource configuration and improve la shan left flag township school information level.
