Study On The Population Aging And Public Service In Jilin Province

With the development of social economy, declining fertility, longerlife expectancy, the aging of the population has become an inevitabledevelopment trend of the world’s population. All aspects of the agingpopulation will affect the social, economic and population development ofa country or region. Entered in twenty-first Century, Jilin province alsofaces the problem of population aging.Jilin province belongs to the provincial medium developed in theprovincial administrative area, the degree of population aging rose veryrapidly. According to the sixth national census data, analyzes the presentsituation and development trend of population aging in Jilin Province,especially the related public service providing for the aged in Jilinprovince were analyzed. In view of the existing old-age service system inJilin Province, this thesis also makes a research on the countermeasures topromote the development of nursing service.Public service of Jilin province is ready for it, related to eachindividual future pension problem. The family pension is still the mostimportant way of pension in China, children bear the obligation to supportthe elderly, but with the gradual transformation of family structure andfunction of family pension, malpractice also gradually appears. Pensioninstitutions and community-based home care has become an important way to solve the public service pressure in Jilin province. We should striveto build the modern old-age service system, further through thegovernment guidance old-age services, specialization and occupation,promote the continuous improvement of elderly service socialization.
